Ben Moore called the meeting to order.
The 2019 activities were reviewed. These
included replacing 2 large sections of the fence, organizing a yard sale,
celebrating Veterans Day with service flags, and reducing the outstanding
assessments from $18,000 to $13,000. Several architectural reviews were
conducted and approved.
Activities planned for 2020 were reviewed. These
include replacing the balance of the fence pending funding, organizing a yard
sale on 04/18/20, celebrating Veterans Day with service flags on 11/11/20, and
contracting for entrance maintenance.
Stacy Ables, Treasurer, presented the
Financial Report.
The Board’s nominations for Class of 2022
Directors were presented. Nominations were solicited from the floor. None were
proposed. Written secret ballots were collected from the property owners and
the following Directors were elected:
